Biography
Kyle Badgley received his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he was named to the Dean’s List and served as a Writer, Editor, and Board Member of the John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law.
Since earning his law degree, Kyle has built a diverse legal and business background serving as in-house counsel, compliance officer, and strategic advisor to startups, hospitality groups, investment firms, and growth-stage companies.
Kyle is known for combining practical business judgment with legal strategy to help clients mitigate risk, protect their interests, and position their businesses for long-term growth.
